We only collect what it takes to personalise your stay. Nothing more, and never to be sold.
What we collect
Your booking details (name, email, phone), your stay preferences from the pre-arrival form (arrival time, interests, purpose of trip), your conversations with Renée our digital concierge, and your email engagement (opens, clicks). Identity document data required at pre-check-in is sent directly to our regulatory hospitality system and is never stored in our database.
How we use it
Solely to personalise your stay, send you relevant information about the hotel and neighbourhood, and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties, nor use it for advertising purposes.
Renée, our digital concierge
Your conversations with Renée are kept for 90 days to maintain continuity of service, then deleted automatically. They are never used to train AI models, and no human reads them unless an automated alert is triggered by sensitive content (complaint, emergency).
Retention periods
- Renée conversations: 90 days (automatic deletion)
- Stay preferences (pre-arrival form): up to 12 months after your stay
- Guest profile: 3 years after your last stay
- Email history: until you unsubscribe
