One week hands straight over to the next. Men's Fashion Week for autumn/winter 2027-2028 takes over Paris from Tuesday, January 19 to Sunday, January 24, 2027, and Haute Couture for spring/summer 2027 picks up the baton on Monday, January 25, running through Thursday, January 28. That makes ten days in a row, with press, buyers and the houses' clients streaming through the capital.

These dates are official: the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has posted them on its FHCM page for upcoming seasons. Everything else (which houses, at what time, at which address) is not yet known. Here is what we know, what is still to be confirmed, and what is best settled without waiting.

Two weeks, two seasons apart

The labels can be confusing. In January, menswear designers show their autumn/winter 2027-2028 collections, while Haute Couture unveils its spring/summer 2027 season. Neither is the women's Fashion Week: women's ready-to-wear for spring/summer 2027 was shown from September 28 to October 6, 2026 (see our article on Paris Women's Fashion Week, September 2026), and women's autumn/winter 2027-2028 is announced for Monday, March 1 to Tuesday, March 9, 2027. For menswear and Haute Couture, the window to remember is therefore January 19 to 28; for women's ready-to-wear, you will have to wait until March.

A schedule still to be confirmed

As we write, the FHCM has not published a detailed calendar for either Men's Fashion Week or Haute Couture. No house, no time and no venue is confirmed for January 2027. A provisional calendar usually circulates about a month before opening: for the January 2026 edition, it came out in December 2025. The 2027 schedule is expected to follow the same rhythm, though no date has been announced so far.

Even once published, that calendar is not a ticket. The shows are by invitation only, for press, buyers and the houses' clients; there is no ticketing, and addresses are shared with invited guests alone.

No invitation? Fashion is still within reach

No event open to the public has been confirmed for these ten days. The ideas below are regularly suggested by guides for previous seasons: they are just that, ideas, to be checked for January 2027.

  • The houses' windows: avenue Montaigne, place Vendôme and rue Saint-Honoré are home to the great names of Parisian fashion. Check the RATP website for the journey from the hotel, depending on the address you have in mind.
  • Livestreams: for the last Haute Couture season, the houses and the FHCM offered online broadcasts, with replays. The setup for January 2027 has not yet been announced.
  • Fashion museums: the Palais Galliera and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs regularly stage exhibitions on clothing and costume; check their January 2027 programme before heading out.
  • Department stores: Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, on boulevard Haussmann, are a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel, ideal for spotting the new collections or finding a gift. The winter sales begin in January; their official 2027 dates are still to be confirmed. Our shopping guide gathers the best addresses in the neighbourhood.

What to know before booking

  • Men's Fashion Week, autumn/winter 2027-2028: Tuesday, January 19 to Sunday, January 24, 2027.
  • Haute Couture, spring/summer 2027: Monday, January 25 to Thursday, January 28, 2027.
  • Access to the shows: by invitation only, with no ticketing for the general public.
  • Houses, venues and times: not published so far, to be confirmed with the official FHCM calendar.

Ten days on rue de Clichy, between Saint-Lazare and the department stores

When you don't yet know where the shows will be held, it pays to stay somewhere well connected in every direction. Hôtel R de Paris, a Parisian boutique hotel at 41 rue de Clichy, opposite the Casino de Paris, is a stone's throw from Saint-Lazare station (7 minutes on foot), with three metro stations nearby: Place de Clichy (lines 2 and 13), Liège (line 13) and Trinité-d'Estienne d'Orves (line 12). Once the addresses are known, you can fan out across the city without changing hotels mid-week, and in the evening you are back in the lively neighbourhood of the 9th arrondissement.

What really matters is the back-to-back schedule. Over ten consecutive days, those following both weeks and those following only one can be after the same nights: demand is likely to concentrate on this window. Waiting for the detailed schedule before booking means leaving it to a month out, when the dates are known today. Our early booking offer is designed for those who plan ahead, and booking directly on our website guarantees the best rate.

The dates are set, and the schedule will follow. There is not a single day between the last day of Men's Fashion Week and the opening of Haute Couture, so it is wise to secure your room now, before everything is taken.
